Our curriculum pushes the boundaries past normal training experiences by introducing new foundation styles, creative challenges, and job-specific training. You’ll expand your artistic freedom and test your talents in professional settings. Establish You bridges studio training with industry focus to keep things exciting and provide you the knowledge and experience to build your career.
LA Establishment offers private training with some of the top choreographers and educators in the business. Each month, you’ll participate in private training that includes technique, foundation and choreography classes, weekly intensives, seminars and a specially designed wellness program. Establish You equips you with mentorship, tools and knowledge to be successful in any endeavor.
CURRICULUM
Establish You focuses on three main blocks of training. All classes, intensives, seminars and coaching for each block correlate with the main focus.
Creative Development- A deep dive into your personal growth and goals, breaking down of self-made boundaries and expansion of your creativity and artistic choices
Dancing for Camera- Expand your on-camera skills for industry work as well as self promotion- Block includes multiple projects on-camera.
Stage Performance- Enhance your live performance skills- Block ends with full live show.

ADMINISTRATION
Director- Erin Marino
Since our start in 2015, our Director, Erin Marino, has provided a pathway for dancers to build a solid foundation in LA and jumpstart their careers within the dance industry through programming associated with Studios including Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, Movement Lifestyle, and TMilly TV Studio. Erin helped build TMilly Studio alongside owner, Tim Milgram, and currently serves as Director and Producer of Events for McDonald Selznick Associates (MSA) in Los Angeles and New York. Erin worked as an agent and Director of Education for MSA from 2019-2024, representing the top educators in the industry. All curriculum for LA Establishment and MSA Educate programming is thoughtfully crafted using her extensive knowledge from her career in dance, choreography, education, production and as an agent while keeping in mind the current needs of the entertainment industry and dance community.
HEAD OF WELLNESS- RACHAEL GERSTEL
Rachael is an NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, PROPTA Nutrition Tech, and in process of becoming a PN1 Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coach. She holds a BFA in musical theatre and dance from Point Park University and had served as Head of Wellness for LA Establishment since 2015. With a focus in athletic performance, Rachael is a strength coach for collegiate and high school athletes and professional dancers. She is a coach for Orangetheory Los Angeles, and Legacy Ambassador for Lululemon. Rachael has conducted classes and workshops for Tap into the Network, Dance Genius, The Floor Dance Academy, Athleta, Hollywood Bowl and Angel City Sports.
As the Head of Wellness Rachael uses a “student-centered” approach, where she works to understand each dancer as an individual with unique needs. It’s a collaboration built on communication and trust. By working together Rachael is better able to bridge the gap between artistry and athleticism, as well as offer tools necessary to promote the 6 elements of Deep Health; physical, cognitive, emotional, social, environmental and existential. These tools promote longevity and quality of life that can be applied throughout one’s career and after.

There’s nothing better than knowing we played a part in artists achieving their dreams. Alumni from our programs have gone on to tour and perform with artists such as Beyonce, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, Pharrell, Diddy, Chance the Rapper, Quavo, Dua Lipa, Camila Cabello, Anderson Paak, Lizzo, Halsey, Katy Perry, Janelle Monae, Gwen Stefani, Saweetie, and FloRida, as well as dance in commercials and on industrials for brands such as Target, Disney, Pepsi, Lululemon, Reebok and Adidas and on major network television shows and events including the Oscars, the AMA’s, the Grammy's, the Primetime Emmy Awards, the MTV Movie Awards, the Latin AMA’s, the BET Awards, Encanto Live, and Hairspray Live on NBC. Others have gone on to work in education, fitness, choreography, and production support.. Proof that training in the arts has no bounds- it’s only the beginning.
APPLICATIONS
Applications must be submitted along with a photo and videos. Showcase your stylistic strengths in the videos no longer than 45 seconds in length. We prefer to see one technical style, and one street style. If you are mostly proficient in one area and only submitting one style, please note this in your application.
You will be notified once your application has been received. Interviews will take place via zoom following receipt of your submission. Notification of acceptance and spots must be solidified one month prior to program start date.
This is a limited capacity program- up to 30 dancers will be accepted. Spots are first come, first serve.
INTENSIVES
Each week, you’ll train for up to three days with an industry choreographer selected to lead you through the curriculum focus for that week. Our instructors provide industry guidance and mentorship through these sessions. We cover all the bases when it comes to honing your craft while applying it to the working world.
